This workshop will prepare you to bring a sense of lightness and possibility to even the most challenging times so that you can stay well-nourished as you help your community thrive. Through experiential movement activities, yoga, and a 1-hour Awareness Through Movement session, you’ll learn practical tools for how to engage with your life as a changemaker in a way that supports you and others to stay effective and well-nourished for the long haul.
This workshop is for: Community leaders, educators, artists, organizers, activists, political campaigners, community benefit organizations, entrepreneurs, and anyone else working to create a just and sustainable world.
